Available kittens

At Baile an Iar Maine Coons, we are committed to placing our kittens and cats in loving, permanent homes. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following refund policy applies:

• All deposits made to reserve a kitten are non-refundable.
   
• Exceptions will only be made if:
   
  • The breeder is found to be responsible for the need for a refund, or
     
  • The reserved kitten is deemed unfit for sale by a licensed veterinarian at the pre-sale health check, or
     
  • The reserved kitten passes away prior to the sale.
     

• No refunds will be issued for kittens or cats that are surrendered back to the breeder for any reason outside of the health guarantee outlined in the signed Breeder Contract.
   
• The health guarantee will always take precedence in cases of medical issues as defined in the contract.
   

• If, for any reason, an owner can no longer keep their cat or kitten, the breeder must be given first right of refusal.
   
• While no refund will be given in such cases, the breeder reserves the right to take the cat back or assist in placing the cat into an appropriate new home.
   

By placing a deposit or purchasing a kitten from Baile an Iar Maine Coons, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
